- Any engagement is defined by an accepted quote or proposal, which takes precedence over the general terms for the points it expressly covers.
- The general terms address, among other topics: contract formation, scope of services, pricing and payment terms, subscription website offers, intellectual property and ownership transfer, handover of access on termination, liability, and termination conditions.
- None of these conditions — prices, durations, notice periods, liability caps or any other figure — is restated here: they are set out only in the French terms and in the specific proposal and contract signed with each client.
