Social media

Social media at the service of your positioning and acquisition.

A content calendar is not a strategy. We start from the role the channel needs to serve — awareness, preference, inbound demand or hiring — then derive the audiences, editorial line and ad spend level.

Direct answer

What is a business social media presence actually for?

To serve a precise role in the buying decision: making the company visible to a segment, proving expertise, generating requests or attracting candidates. That role is chosen before the editorial line; without it, production continues but no decision can be made from the results.

Important considerationWe do not sell follower volume, purchased audiences or a promise of virality.

The problem

Publishing more is not, by itself, a sales strategy.

A company can publish regularly without ever defining what the channel should produce or which signal should guide decisions. Posts then address everyone, the line shifts with availability, and performance collapses into impressions.

The real cost is not budget: it is the time spent on a channel that contributes to neither positioning nor pipeline.

Signal architecture

Four decisions structure a useful social presence.

  1. Role of the channel

    01

Visibility, proof of expertise, inbound demand or employer appeal — one primary role, not four.

  2. Useful audience

    02

Who decides, who influences, what topics hold their attention at each stage.

  3. Editorial line

    03

Recurring angles, tone, formats, what you say and what you do not.

  4. Amplification

    04

Social Ads budget allocated to content already validated by the audience — spend follows organic proof, it does not replace it.

Example framework used during the engagement. It is adapted to your context, data and decisions.

Approach

From business role to content, never the reverse.

  • 01

    Role of the channel

What each platform should produce: visibility with a segment, proof of expertise, inbound demand or employer appeal.

  • 02

    Audiences

Who decides, who influences, what topics hold attention at each decision stage.

  • 03

    Editorial line

Recurring angles, tone, formats, what you say and what you do not.

  • 04

    Production

Content designed to be understood without context: clear hook, demonstration, invitation to continue.

  • 05

    Distribution

A pace matched to real capacity, adapted per platform, relayed by internal spokespeople.

  • 06

    Conversation

Replies, direct messages, routing commercial requests to the right people.

  • 07

    Social Ads

Amplification of content that works, plus dedicated campaigns, with objectives and measurement set before spend.

Success condition

We can structure and produce. We cannot invent your business reality.

A social setup holds if an internal person can supply material: expertise, behind-the-scenes, validated case examples, answers to recurring questions.

It is the first fit criterion we check, before platforms and before publishing pace.

Expected input
An available spokesperson and a short validation loop.
Scope
Content volume, platforms and moderation are defined in the proposal.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms do you work on?

The ones where your audience actually decides. Platform choice must be verified from audience behaviour, the sales cycle and observed signals; B2B does not automatically mean LinkedIn. We prefer two platforms held properly to five abandoned accounts.

What do we need to provide?

Material: expertise, validated case examples, product visuals, access to one or two spokespeople. We structure and produce, but we cannot invent a company reality.

Do you handle visual and video production?

The production scope is set in the proposal. Depending on the expected format, it can include work done by us or guidance for your internal resources.

Do you handle moderation?

According to the level set in the contract: replies to comments, message handling, escalation to your teams. We agree together on realistic response times and topics that must stay internal.

Should we invest in Social Ads?

Measure organic reach and audience response before deciding whether paid distribution is justified. A test budget should amplify a documented signal, not compensate for an unclear message.

How do you measure the effect?

Through the growth of a useful audience, engagement from target profiles, qualified visits to the website and inbound requests attributable to the channel. Impressions alone are not a result.

Next step

Let's clarify what your social media should actually produce.

A framing session helps decide between awareness, authority and acquisition before committing to regular production.
